We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing social media content, managing company profiles, increasing audience engagement, coordinating creative content, monitoring trends, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content including posts, creatives, videos, reels, stories, articles, and announcements.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Research current social media trends, industry developments, relevant hashtags, and emerging content formats.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions and coordinate timely responses.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers,



and internal teams for content creation.
- Promote company products, technologies, innovations, achievements, events, exhibitions, partnerships, and announcements.
- Support social media campaigns and paid digital advertising activities when required.
- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities for improving content performance based on analytics.
- Monitor competitors and relevant industry pages for content and communication trends.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual communication.
- Assist in event-related social media activities, including live updates, event coverage, photographs, videos, and post-event communication.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to obtain information and approvals for social media content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
