Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and growing Fairmount Builders’ presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and optimizing posts to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

The Social Media

Executive will monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to support marketing and business objectives. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for updates,



responding to audience queries and comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves basic media planning support, collaborating on promotional activities, and ensuring that all online communication aligns with the company’s values and positioning in the real estate market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns, manage platforms, and improve reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess solid Media Planning skills to support scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of digital promotion activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging posts and interact professionally with online audiences.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) is beneficial.
- Ability to create or coordinate visual content (images, short videos, reels) and work closely with design or creative teams is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in social media or digital marketing, especially in real estate, retail, or related industries, is an advantage.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
