Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager with at least 6 months of experience to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, handle Meta Ads, and coordinate with the creative team and other staff.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, creative planning, audience engagement, and paid social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create ideas and concepts for posts, Reels, stories, videos, banners, and other social media creatives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other staff to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Review and provide feedback on social media creatives before publishing.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, ad copy, and promotional content.
- Create and manage Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Set up and monitor campaigns, audiences, budgets, placements, and objectives through Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor and optimize Meta Ads performance to improve reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members regarding leads generated through social media and Meta Ads.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media and advertising performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze social media insights and campaign data to improve performance.




- Research competitors, trending content, hashtags, Reels trends, and new creative ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads trends and updates.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Social Media Management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media content and creative strategies.
- Good knowledge of Reels, Stories, posts, and short-form video content.
- Ability to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with designers, video editors, content writers, sales staff, and other team members.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience handling brand social media accounts and paid campaigns will be an advantage.
