Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Social Media

Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions across platforms. The role involves creating and curating content, collaborating with designers and video editors, and ensuring brand consistency in all social media communications.

Executive will track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and support campaign optimization based on analytics. The individual will also assist with influencer outreach,



trend research, and execution of performance-driven digital campaigns aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

•Minimum 2 years of experience.

- Strong skills in social media management, including content planning, posting, and community engagement across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Ability to collaborate on content creation, including copywriting for posts, basic graphic coordination, and support for video-based content and reels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as branding, lead generation, SEO fundamentals, and performance marketing is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and suggest improvements for campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand tone consistency.
- Ability to work in office in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field preferred; prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to working with new tools and trends in social media and digital marketing.
