You notice when a post explains something well. You save ideas, try new formats, and want to know why one piece of content gets a response while another gets ignored.

At Bhrighu Academy, you’ll help students and families understand career programs, including our Japan career pathway. You’ll make useful social content, learn from how people respond, and work with our marketing, design, video and admissions teams to improve it.

This is an early-career role for someone who wants to do the work and grow. You’ll get direction and feedback, with room to bring your own ideas.

What you’ll do

- Turn program details, student questions, events and webinars into clear posts, reels, carousels and short videos.
- Write hooks, captions and calls to action that sound human and help people take the next step.
- Keep the content calendar up to date and follow posts through from idea to publication.
- Brief designers and video editors, then check the final content before it goes live.
- Help capture student stories, campus moments and event content.
- Watch comments and DMs, answer what you can, and pass admissions questions to the right team.
- Check what people clicked, saved,



shared or asked about, and suggest what to try next.

You’ll work mainly on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, with support for other channels when needed. You’ll do well here if you
- Write transparent English and can adapt your tone for students and parents.
- Can make a simple post or short video yourself, even if you’re still learning the tools.
- Follow through on details and deadlines.
- Ask questions when a claim or program detail needs checking.
- Take feedback well and use it to make the next piece better.

An internship, college project, personal page or up to two years of relevant work can all count. A marketing degree isn’t required. We care more about what you’ve made, how you think and how keen you are to learn. This role may not suit you if you’re looking to lead a social media team, own the full brand strategy or manage large campaign budgets.
