JBAC Innovations is a product company in Gandhinagar. We build and run our own products — we are not an agency. You will handle marketing for two of them:

- QEase — software for hospitals and clinics to manage patient queues and appointments
- Buzzire — a face-verified dating app, live on Google Play in Pune, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and other cities

These are two very different audiences. Hospital owners on one side, young app users on the other. You need to be comfortable switching between both. This is our first marketing hire. You will manage all of our marketing end to end — organic, paid, content and reporting — working directly with the founders. No layers, nobody else's playbook.

What you will do:

- Manage all social accounts for both products — Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Grow Buzzire's existing accounts and build QEase's presence from zero
- Create posts, reels and short videos for both
- Plan, run and optimise all paid campaigns — Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Run app install and registration campaigns for Buzzire, and lead generation for QEase




- Manage ad budgets, targeting, creatives and campaign objectives
- Track results — installs, registrations, leads and demo requests. Not just likes and reach.
- Report monthly on what worked, what did not, and what you'll change

What we need:

- 1–3 years in social media or digital marketing
- You have personally run a Meta Ads or Google Ads account. Please share screenshots or examples with real spend.
- You can write in English, Gujarati and Hindi
- Basic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut are fine)
- Portfolio required — accounts you handled, ads you ran, content you made

Positive to have: app install campaigns, consumer app marketing, healthcare or B2B experience, SEO What we offer: full ownership of marketing for a multi-product company, direct working with the founders, and a salary review at 6 months.
