The studio creates contemporary, story-driven art through hand embroidery on leather and fabric, bringing traditional craftsmanship into a contemporary language of art, craft and collectible design. Role Description

Cavallo India is looking for a Social Media Designer to join our creative team in Gurugram.

This is a multifaceted, hands-on role for someone who can translate the world of Cavallo into strong, considered and engaging digital content. The role spans social media design, content creation, photography, videography and editing, and requires someone who is comfortable moving between these mediums on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, visually aware and able to manage timely turnarounds while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute content for Instagram and other digital platforms, including posts, carousels, stories and reels
- Translate content briefs and brand narratives into compelling visual communication
- Photograph and film artworks, products, processes, people and day-to-day studio activity
- Edit photographs and short-form video content for social media
- Develop layouts, graphics, typography and other visual assets required for digital communication




- Assist with planning and executing content shoots
- Maintain and evolve a consistent visual language across brands social media presence
- Research and stay informed about how leading luxury, art, fashion and design brands are communicating and evolving digitally
- Work closely with the design, content and production teams to identify and capture relevant stories from within the studio
- Manage multiple content requirements simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines

Requirements

- 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in social media design, content creation or visual communication
- Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling
- Ability to confidently operate a camera for both photography and videography
- Strong photo and video editing skills
- A refined visual sensibility and awareness of contemporary luxury, art and design
- Ability to understand and work within an established brand language
- Ability to work efficiently, take initiative and respond quickly to changing content requirements
- Solid attention to detail, organisation and time management
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant social media, design, photography and/or video work An interest in art, craft, textiles, interiors, fashion and the luxury sector would be an advantage.
