IMMEDIATE OPENING | VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR – FOUNDER’S OFFICE

Aifer Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Video & Social Media Coordinator to build and manage the personal brand and social media presence of the Aifer Founder.

Ideal for someone who loves shooting, editing, storytelling, and creating impactful social media content.

Location: Calicut – On-site / Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-time – Regular Position

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

- Shoot videos, talks, sessions, interviews, and events
- Handle camera, lighting, and audio setup for indoor and outdoor shoots

Video Editing

- Edit Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos with strong hooks, captions, and engaging pacing
- Ensure quality content is delivered on schedule

Social Media Management

- Manage the Founder’s personal brand across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute content calendars, posts,



and campaigns
- Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly reports on reach and engagement

What We're Looking For

- Portfolio of videos you have shot and/or edited
- Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut
- Strong visual sense and understanding of short-form content
- Valuable knowledge of social media trends and content formats
- Fluency in Malayalam
- Fast, consistent, and deadline-oriented execution
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking
- Ability to work closely with the Founder’s Office and take ownership of content
