We are looking for a creative and communication-focused Social Media & Customer Relationship Executive to manage social media content and build robust customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage social media posts, reels, captions, and stories.
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
- Follow up with leads and customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships and collect feedback.
- Research social media trends and generate new content ideas.
- Coordinate with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Creative mindset and interest in social media.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and digital marketing.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in social media or customer handling is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
