Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to support clients’ personal brands and campaigns. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing and designing posts, collaborating with the PR and strategy teams, and monitoring performance metrics.

Creator will also participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt content to different platforms and audiences, and stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media and digital branding.

Qualifications





- Ability to plan and execute social media content strategies, including content calendars and campaign concepts.
- 1-2 years of experience
- Strong skills in writing clear, engaging copy for social platforms, with attention to tone, style, and brand voice.
- Basic visual design and multimedia skills (e.g., image editing, easy video creation, use of design tools such as Canva or similar).
- Understanding of social media analytics and platform insights to track performance and optimize content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and branding principles, especially for personal brands in B2B environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with PR, strategy, and client-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in social media content creation, agency work, or personal brand management is an advantage.
