Role Description The Social Media & Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and campaigns that reflect Coliwo’s brand and community.

The manager will monitor social channels, respond to queries and comments, and nurture online and offline communities through regular interactions, events, and resident engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with marketing and operations teams,



tracking performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase reach, engagement, and leads. The role also involves gathering resident feedback, highlighting community stories, and ensuring a consistent, welcoming brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, content planning, and basic copywriting.
- Candidates should possess skills in community engagement, relationship-building, and event coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual content coordination, such as collaborating on photography, short videos, and reels.
- Candidates should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with residents and partners.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple platforms, campaigns, and community activities.
- Experience in hospitality, co-living, real estate, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
