About Us

Dr. Lubna Kamal is a Homeopathic Nephrologist dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to kidney patients. We are looking for a friendly and patient-focused Medical Telecaller to strengthen patient communication and support.

Job Responsibilities
Contact new patients and provide information regarding clinic services and appointments.
Follow up with patients who have missed or are due for consultations.
Conduct patient satisfaction and feedback calls.
Remind patients about appointments, follow-ups, and treatment schedules.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient responses.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient care.
Handle patient queries politely and direct medical questions to the concerned healthcare team.

Requirements




Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Polite, empathetic, and professional behavior.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling, healthcare, or patient coordination is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
