E-commerce Operations InternWe are looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to support Lumuk’s daily order and customer operations.
Key Responsibilities: Confirm COD and online orders through calls and WhatsApp. Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Zoko and Instagram. Coordinate pre-orders, delays and order updates. Assist with order processing, packing and dispatch. Conduct customer feedback calls. Assist with WhatsApp marketing and Instagram DMs. Support B2B calling and other day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements: Valuable communication skills Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp Organised and detail-oriented Freshers are welcome Duration: 3 Months Stipend: ₹10,000/month Full time prospect: Based on performance.
