The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Strategist cum Account Manager to own the client relationship and the marketing plan for a set of Company accounts — the single point of contact clients trust, and the person translating their goals into a channel plan the rest of the team executes.

What You'll Do
Own the client relationship end-to-end — briefs in, approvals out, deadlines tracked
Set the channel plan and campaign calendar per client
Run status updates, review cycles, and expectation management
Flag scope creep or resourcing gaps early
Maintain a living account brief per client (goals, history, preferences, contacts, open items)

Must-Haves
4+ years in account management or marketing strategy, ideally agency-side
MBA candidate is a plus.




Solid client-facing communication — comfortable owning tough conversations, not just status updates
Ability to translate a business goal into a practical channel plan
Organized under pressure — juggling multiple accounts without dropping details
Based in or willing to relocate to Porvorim, Goa — full time, in-office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
