We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager for our corporate office in Surat to oversee and streamline end-to-end jewellery business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations from the corporate office
Oversee inventory planning and stock management (gold, diamond, and finished jewellery)
Coordinate with vendors, karigars, and manufacturing units
Ensure quality control and adherence to operational processes
Handle order processing, dispatch, and logistics management
Monitor billing, documentation, and record maintenance
Prepare MIS reports and perform operational analysis
Improve workflow efficiency and implement cost-control measures
Collaborate with sales, accounts, and marketing teams
Lead and manage the operations team effectively
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in jewellery operations (corporate setup preferred)
Robust knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication and coordination skills
