Role & responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and qualified appearance of the store
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Assist customers with frame selection, lens options, and fitting as needed.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff including sales executives and optometrists.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience in optical retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Positive knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames.
