Our onboarding officers are the backbone of client success—ensuring seamless integration of new hires into high-velocity sales environments while maintaining compliance, quality, and cultural alignment.

Role &
Responsibilities
Onboard new sales and telesales hires through structured orientation, policy briefings, and tool access provisioning.
Conduct training sessions on CRM platforms, call scripts, compliance guidelines, and client-specific sales playbooks.
Maintain accurate onboarding records, track completion timelines, and report bottlenecks to HR and operations leads.
Act as the first point of contact for recent hires—resolving queries, guiding through processes, and ensuring smooth ramp-up.
Coordinate with client stakeholders to align onboarding workflows and adapt to energetic sales campaign requirements.
Monitor new hire performance in first 30 days and provide feedback loops to training and sales leadership.
