Willing to be based in Kurdistan, Iraq and travel for client/contract meetings in Iraq.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review and submit technical-commercial proposals, bids and tenders in response to client RFQs, ITBs and Invitations to Tender (ITTs).
Manage the end-to-end ITT process: registration, pre-qualification submissions, and tracking of clarifications, addenda and deadlines.
Administer the full contract lifecycle from enquiry/ITT receipt through negotiation, award, execution, amendment and close-out.
Administer contracts for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects, including EPC contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC), interface agreements and back-to-back subcontracts.
Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation,



QA/QC and Procurement to compile complete proposal packages within deadlines

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Business Administration, Quantity Surveying or Law, or equivalent.
Minimum 5–8 years' experience in proposals/tendering (including ITT management) and contracts administration within oil & gas, fabrication or EPC industry.
Direct exposure to contracts on EPC projects required.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
