SS Industries, Palakkad, is looking for an experienced FRP Production & Operations Manager to manage our new manufacturing unit, primarily focused on FRP doors and other FRP products.

Responsibilities
Manage daily FRP production and factory operations.
Supervise manpower, materials, machinery and production schedules.
Handle FRP moulding, resin/fiberglass processes and finishing.
Maintain product quality and minimize wastage.
Troubleshoot production and technical issues.
Coordinate with suppliers and support current product development.
Help establish and expand the FRP manufacturing facility.

Requirements
5+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
FRP/composite manufacturing experience preferred.
FRP door manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Engineering/Diploma qualification preferred.
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
