Tricil Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Pouching Machine Operator to operate and manage pouch-making machinery for flexible packaging products.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor pouch-making machines for various types of flexible packaging pouches.
Set machine parameters according to pouch size, laminate structure and job specifications.
Handle different pouch formats such as 3-side seal, centre seal, stand-up and zipper pouches.
Ensure proper sealing, cutting, dimensions, registration and overall pouch quality.
Conduct regular in-process quality checks and identify defects during production.
Minimize material wastage and maintain positive machine efficiency.
Maintain required production output as per daily production plans.
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot routine operating issues.
Maintain proper production and wastage records.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety and GMP procedures.
Ideal Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience operating pouch-making machines in the adaptable packaging industry, with knowledge of laminated films, sealing, cutting and pouch quality requirements.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
