Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present production plans clearly.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles to optimize processes, layouts, and resource utilization.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably in a similar planning or engineering role.
Proficiency in ERP or production planning software and positive MS Excel skills.
Solid attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
