To supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse production, processing, packing, material movement, manpower, and dispatch activities while ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Operations
Supervise daily production, processing, packing, and warehouse operations.
Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
Monitor the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
Minimize production downtime, material wastage, and operational losses.
Maintain smooth workflow and proper utilization of equipment and manpower.

Warehouse Management
Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and movement of materials.
Maintain proper stacking, identification, and segregation of products.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Monitor stock availability and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.




Ensure loading and unloading activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper housekeeping.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure products are processed and packed according to company quality standards.
Check packing, labeling, weighing, sealing, and product identification.
Coordinate with the Quality team regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily production and warehouse operation records.
Prepare reports on production quantity, manpower, wastage, downtime, and dispatch.
Maintain material movement and stock-related records.
Report operational issues, deviations, and production losses to the concerned manager.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
