Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily pultrusion production activities.
Operate and monitor pultrusion machines and ensure smooth production.
Set machine parameters such as speed, temperature, resin ratio, and curing conditions.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Monitor product quality, dimensions, surface finish, and curing.
Handle manpower allocation and supervise workers on the shop floor.
Identify and resolve machine/process-related issues.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption records.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production teams.
Ensure proper implementation of safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in FRP/Pultrusion manufacturing.
Practical knowledge of pultrusion machines, dies, resin systems, and process parameters.
Positive manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field preferred.
