NWhat you'll do

nPlan and run campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and skill-building workshops

NBuild and manage relationships with corporate partners

NGuide students on resumes, interview prep, and placement readiness





NMaintain placement records and align efforts with academic programs

NKeep stakeholders connected for smooth, ever-improving career services

NWhat we're looking for

NExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

NA student-focused, service-oriented mindset

NExperience in campus placements, career services, HR, or corporate relations (highly preferred)

NFamiliarity with academicenvironments or career counseling

NBachelor's in business, management, education, or related field (postgrad a plus)

NStrong organizational skills + comfort with office and CRM/placement tools
