nResponsibilities

Design and ship ambitious, end-to-end experiences that musicians actually love.
n
Work cross-functionally with our founders, engineers, designers, brand designers and the growth team
n
Continuously shift between prototyping wild ideas and nailing current experiences
n
Level up the craft and finesse to elevate the experience of anyone who wants to make music
n
Solve high-impact UX/UI challenges by simplifying intricate workflows
n
Define and scale the design system to ensure visual consistency and engineering efficiency
n
Influence the product roadmap by identifying untapped prospects through data and design thinking
n

nQualifications

n

n




5 to 8 years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio of shipped consumer or B2C products
n
Experience turning complex workflows into intuitive, user-centric and elegant experiences with a high bar for craft
n
Proven track record of leading 1→100 design initiatives, ideally in early-stage environments
n
Mastery of up-to-date design tools, including advanced prototyping and design system management
n
Someone comfortable working across web, desktop, and iOS
n
Someone who shares a love for music is absolutely critical - if you produce/DJ/write - even better
n
