Experience : 6 to 8 year in metal forming / sheet metal / stainless steel product manufacturing minium 4 year as plant head or deputy plant head .

Press shop & deep drawing — stainless steel forming for bottles, tiffin’s, jugs, containers

Die & tool room — tool life, maintenance schedule, current tool trials with the design function

Vacuum flask / insulated line — vacuum integrity, heat-retention testing, leak rejection control

Buffing, polishing, finishing — the single biggest driver of perceived premium-ness and of rework cost

Plastic / moulding & assembly — choppers, juicers, lids, cleaning range, bathroom sets

Quality control — incoming, in-process, pre-dispatch; customer complaint root-cause closure

Maintenance — preventive schedule, breakdown response, spares planning

Stores & packing — material issue discipline, FIFO, packing quality for e-commerce and export

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
