NWe are looking for an experienced Plant Manager with robust hands-on experience in beverage manufacturing to lead end-to-end operations of our manufacturing plant.
NKey Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end beverage plant operations, production planning and execution.
N
Drive production efficiency, OEE, yield improvement and cost optimization.
N
Oversee Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Warehouse & Dispatch.
N
Lead CAPEX, plant expansion, commissioning and process improvement initiatives.
N
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, GMP, HACCP and other applicable standards.
N
Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring strong people management, productivity and operational discipline.
N
Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and achievement of plant KPIs.

nKey Requirements:
N
n
10–15 years of total experience with solid Beverage Industry experience – Mandatory.
N
Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager / Plant Head in a beverage manufacturing facility.
N
Robust exposure to beverage production, bottling/packaging, utilities and plant operations.
N
Proven experience in managing large plant teams and cross-functional operations.
N
Candidates from Beverage Manufacturing only will be considered.
