We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Analyst to join our in-house creative team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and publishing across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Write compelling, trend-aware Tamil and English captions, descriptions, and hashtags for posters and Reels.
- Schedule, post, and optimize Reels, carousels, and graphic assets for organic reach and engagement.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
- Generate creative poster concepts and visuals using modern AI image tools via effective prompt engineering.




- Track key performance metrics, campaign conversions, and audience insights to refine ongoing strategies.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience handling brand social media pages (Facebook & Instagram). Note: Freshers will not be considered for this role.
- Paid Media Expertise: Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, ad boosting, targeting, budgeting, and Google Ads.
- AI & Content Tools: Solid understanding of generative AI design tools and prompt crafting for commercial creatives.
- Work Arrangement: Strictly full time, on-site role. Remote or hybrid options are not available.
- Location & Availability: Madurai local candidates only. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- Bonus Skill: Video editing capability (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut) is a significant advantage.
