We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, DBT/Talend, Python, PySpark, SQL, and ETL development. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable data pipelines and working with modern cloud-based data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement robust ETL/data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT/Talend, Python, and PySpark.
- Work on Snowflake data warehousing projects and develop scalable data solutions.
- Understand business requirements, logical data models, and technical specifications to deliver effective data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using DBT, Talend, or similar tools.
- Extract and process data from REST/SOAP APIs, including handling pagination and large data volumes.
- Work with cloud-based data platforms and services such as AWS S3, Lambda, and Glue.
- Implement data transformation, cleansing, validation, and integration processes.
- Understand existing Alteryx workflows and recreate equivalent workflows using Talend components where required.
- Follow established development, testing, deployment,



and documentation standards.
- Ensure solutions meet defined technical design and functional specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation for development flows, technical designs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data issues and deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Good experience with DBT / Talend
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with PySpark
- Strong SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience in ETL and data pipeline development
- Experience with ETL scheduling/orchestration tools
- Good understanding of cloud-based data architecture
- Experience integrating data from REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of data modelling and data transformation

Positive to Have

- AWS S3, Lambda, and Glue
- AWS / Cloud DevOps exposure
- Alteryx workflow experience
- Experience recreating Alteryx workflows using Talend
- Experience with enterprise data warehouse implementations
