We are looking for experienced candidates for the following departments:

? 1. SMR Telecaller – Service Department

- Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- Experience in Telecalling / Customer Calling
- Responsibilities:
- Call customers for vehicle servicing reminders
- Schedule service appointments/bookings
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain daily calling & appointment records
- Automobile/Service industry experience preferred

? 2. Insurance Telecaller – Insurance Department
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- Experience in Insurance / Loan Telecalling
- Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding insurance/loan requirements
- Explain insurance/loan-related products
- Follow up with customers
- Coordinate for required documents
- Achieve daily calling & conversion targets
- Automobile/Insurance/Finance experience preferred
