Job Summary

: Business Analyst The Business Analyst (BA) has responsibility to analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate business process solutions and requirements of customers. The BA is involved at some level throughout the entire solution development life cycle, with work effort focused on elicitation, documentation, and communication of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements and all associated processes. Required experience: • Identity and Access management Experience with IGA tools like SailPoint, Saviynt etc • Prior experience working in Security organization in support of a large enterprise • Experience with provisioning of Security Access • Understanding of IAM processes, technologies, standards and industry best practices • Experience in developing an RBAC strategy for enterprise • Experience in defining Technical and Business Roles • Experience in preparing project related documents such as Use Cases, Requirements document • Write requirements specifications according to standard templates and tools • Represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, wireframes where appropriate • Documentation of the “as is” and “to be” business processes using standard process modeling tools and process improvement methodologies • Collaborate with developers and end-users to insure that application functionality meets client needs, test solutions, problem-solve issues, coordinate enhancements • A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies • Work effectively with the project sponsor, project manager and other members of the project team • Customer Facing Exposure is must Preferable experience: • Direct IAM experience - (requirements, tools, standards, practices) • Role Based Access Control/ Role Engineering experience is a differentiator • Lead Planning and Analysis phases of IAM initiatives • 5 to 10 years of strong IAM BA experience with better understanding on application onboarding, access certification, workflow, provisioning policies. Professional Skills • Self-motivated and ability to work independently is a must. • Ability to work creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Hands-on, analytical, strong problem solving skills • Strong written and oral communication skills.
