We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with designers, vendors, and installation teams, and ensuring work is completed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise modular kitchen, wardrobe, and other modular installation work at sites.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and carpenters/installers.
- Monitor site measurements, installation, finishing, and quality.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution gaps.
- Ensure proper material handling and avoid wastage or damage.
- Maintain project timelines and provide regular site updates.
- Coordinate with clients at site whenever required.
- Prepare and share site progress reports and update project status.
- Ensure proper handover of completed work as per company standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior execution.
- Good knowledge of modular installation and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and layouts.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of site measurements, materials, and finishing.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in premium residential modular/interior projects will be preferred. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
