We are looking for a dedicated and highly responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our current commercial construction site located on the outskirts of Vijayawada, near Amaravati Western Bypass. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in supervising construction projects are preferred.

The role covers all aspects of site execution including civil, structural, PT (Post-Tensioned) beams, interiors, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities including civil, structural, interior, plumbing, and electrical works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain daily site logs, progress reports,



and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage workforce scheduling, task allocation, and resolve site-level issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report regularly to Project Manager/Management on site progress, challenges, and requirements.
- Handle site-level documentation, approvals, and liaise with local authorities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech or any Civil Engineering related degree/diploma.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Engineer in commercial or residential construction projects.
- Experience in commercial PT (Post-Tensioned) beams is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Structural Design, Interior Finishing, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred).
