We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for our project in Thalassery (NTC). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction site. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of site activities
- Labour management & attendance tracking
- Material checking & stock monitoring
- Quality control of ongoing works
- Daily progress reporting to project manager
- Maintaining work schedule & ensuring timely completion
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of site experience (civil / interior / finishing work preferred)
- Ability to coordinate between labour and management
- Diploma / ITI in Civil (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience) Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
