We are a niche project management firm located in Chandigarh. We work on architecture and interior design projects for residential, commercial and office spaces.
Position: Field position
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise all civil works on site, including but not limited to bar bending, concreting, masonry, plastering, etc.
- Supervise all finishing works on site, including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, woodwork, tile and stone work, metalwork, air conditioning, paint work, false ceiling, etc.
- Coordinate with and schedule different teams as necessary
- Supervise quality of work executed by contractors as per approved drawings
- Help prepare detailed list of materials required on site, with specification and quantities
- Check and approve bills/invoices submitted by contractors and vendors
Requisites:
- Sharp eye for detail is absolutely essential
- Candidate must be able to read and understand architectural drawings
- Candidate must have own conveyance
- Most projects are within the Chandigarh Tricity area, but candidate must be adaptable and willing to travel for offsite work
Work Experience:
- 0-5 years
Education:
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering, or
- B.Arch
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
