We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Supervisor – Mechanical to manage and supervise mechanical site activities, manpower, installation, and project execution.

Candidates with Automation Industry / Industrial Automation / Machine Installation experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day mechanical site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and monitor technicians, helpers, fabricators, welders, and other site manpower.
- Supervise machine installation, assembly, fabrication, alignment, and commissioning support.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, and basic technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, clients, vendors, and contractors at the site.
- Ensure work is completed as per project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and daily work progress.
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports and work updates.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the engineering/project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials at the site.
- Maintain site discipline and follow company safety procedures.

Preferred Technical Experience

Candidates having experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Industrial Automation Projects




- Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Conveyor / Material Handling Systems
- Robotic / Automation Lines
- Mechanical Assembly & Fabrication
- Plant / Factory Installation
- Auto / Manufacturing Industry Projects
- Experience working at customer/project sites

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical installation and site execution.
- Ability to manage and coordinate site manpower.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and site-management ability.
- Willingness to work at customer/project locations as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Candidates from Mechanical Engineering with Automation Industry exposure are preferred.
- Should be comfortable working at industrial/customer sites.
- Robust leadership, discipline, and responsibility toward project timelines are required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
