Site Supervisor – Paint & Coating

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily paint and coating application at project sites.

- Ensure proper surface preparation, mixing, application, DFT/WFT and curing as per specifications.

- Manage and allocate site manpower and monitor productivity.

- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.

- Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Manage paint/coating materials, consumption, stock and wastage.

- Prepare daily progress, manpower, material and site reports using MS Excel.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.

- Identify and resolve site, quality, manpower and material-related issues.





- Maintain proper site records, photographs and documentation.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of paints, coatings and application processes.

- Experience in site execution and manpower handling.

- Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.

- Good MS Excel/Excel reporting skills.

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in industrial painting/coating projects will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
