We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure project activities are executed safely and efficiently, and maintain quality standards.
The Site
Supervisor will coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction/site activities and workforce deployment.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedules and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, attendance records, and material usage reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
- Address in office challenges and escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Verify completed work for quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
