MS Construction is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in and around Mettupalayam. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and management to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and manage workers, contractors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work at the site.
- Plan and allocate manpower and materials as required.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and material requirements.
- Check material usage and ensure proper handling of construction materials.
- Identify and report site issues or delays to the management.
- Ensure workers follow proper safety practices at the construction site.
- Monitor project timelines and help ensure work is completed on schedule.




- Handle basic site-level coordination and problem-solving.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in construction is preferred.
- Knowledge of residential and civil construction activities.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites in and around Mettupalayam.
- Candidates with Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering background are preferred.
