Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of construction site execution, supervision, labour management, material coordination, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities and ensuring that construction work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, labourers, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower and allocate work according to project requirements.
- Check the quality of construction work and ensure proper execution.
- Monitor the use and availability of construction materials at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Ensure construction activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Identify and report site-related issues to the Project Manager or Engineer.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with the concerned team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.
- Follow and implement construction safety procedures and site safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of labour, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist engineers and project managers in resolving site-related technical and execution issues.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Good understanding of construction work and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.




- Knowledge of basic construction materials, methods, and procedures.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong supervision and team-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain site records and daily progress reports.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined approach toward work.
- Must have a Bike / Two-Wheeler for regular site visits.
- Valid Driving License is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Excel.
- Understanding of quantity measurement and material requirements.
- Knowledge of basic estimation, billing, and BOQ concepts.
- Ability to coordinate with labour contractors and subcontractors.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work at construction sites and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Experience

- Freshers with relevant Civil Engineering qualifications and strong site knowledge may apply.
- Candidates with 1–5+ years of experience in construction site supervision, execution, or civil works will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in managing labour, materials, contractors, and day-to-day site activities will be given preference.
