– Site Supervisor

Basic Site Supervisor Profile The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day cleaning operations at assigned Data Center sites, supervising blue-collar cleaning staff, coordinating with clients and safety personnel, and ensuring smooth and safe service delivery.

Basic Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass required.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- Experience: 2–5 years in Site Supervision, Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Cleaning Services
- Experience in handling blue-collar manpower will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and daily reporting.
- Languages: Hindi and Marathi, basic English preferred
- Willingness to travel to different client/Data Center sites in Mumbai.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead blue-collar cleaning staff at assigned Data Center sites.
- Allocate daily duties and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Monitor discipline, productivity, and work performance of workers.
- Ensure cleaning work is completed as per SOPs, schedule, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with Client Representatives and Safety Officers for daily site requirements.




- Ensure workers follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and Data Center protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Handle day-to-day worker, client, and site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Attend to client complaints and additional cleaning requirements.
- Report any safety incident, unsafe condition, manpower issue, or major site problem to management immediately.
- Monitor availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE.
- Maintain daily attendance, manpower deployment, site activity, and issue records.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports to the Operations/Management team.
- Coordinate with the internal team for manpower replacement, materials, equipment, and other site requirements.
- Maintain professional communication and a valuable working relationship with the client and site team.

Pay: ₹10,156.54 - ₹28,000.00 per month
