Role Description The Site Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing commercial interior projects from planning to completion. This role coordinates daily site activities, manages contractors and vendors, and ensures work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Manager tracks project schedules, monitors material deliveries, and expedites critical items to keep timelines and budgets on target. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, resolving operational issues, managing logistics for materials and equipment, and providing clear progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Manager also supports continuous improvement in site processes and maintains accurate documentation of project milestones and site activities.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to oversee timelines, budgets, and site coordination.
- Experience as an Expeditor and in Logistics Management to manage material flow, vendor coordination, and on-time deliveries.
- Proficiency in site Inspection and quality control to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and interior design plans, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with capability to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced site environment.
- Experience in commercial interiors, construction, or fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline preferred.
- Comfort with basic project documentation tools and MS Office; familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
