Senior Manager – Site Manager | Renewable Energy

Department: Construction

Experience: 18 years in Power/Energy, including 8–10 years in Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical/Mechanical/Power

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead construction activities across multiple renewable energy projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality & safety standards.
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, construction schedules, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate between HO, project/site teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor civil, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.
- Lead and mentor Site Managers and Construction Managers.
- Prepare project progress reports and escalate critical issues.
