About the Role The Site Manager will be responsible for overall operations, maintenance, safety, statutory compliance, manpower management, and client relationship management for the assigned facility. The role will ensure reliable operation of utilities including HVAC, Chilled Water, Compressed Air, Electrical Systems, ETP/STP, PUW, Process Exhaust Systems, and associated infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete O&M; activities at the site.
- Ensure 24x7 availability and reliability of utilities.
- Manage manpower, shifts, training, and performance.
- Drive safety, quality, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor KPIs, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with client management and contractors.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance implementation.
- Prepare monthly MIS, reports, budgets, and improvement plans.
- Lead emergency response and business continuity activities.
