Position Details

- Designation: Site Head / Assistant General Manager
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Location: South & East Pune
- Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall site operations, sales activities, and business development.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project targets and business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of sales, pre-sales, and closing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance, site visits, lead conversions, and booking targets.
- Oversee customer negotiations, booking closures, and agreement execution.
- Ensure effective coordination with internal teams and developers for smooth project operations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide strategic updates to management.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales, sourcing, and closing processes.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within real estate sales.
- Demonstrated experience in handling project sales, team performance, and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market, particularly South and East Pune.
- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
