We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction and installation activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and manpower.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal technical teams.
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and prepare site reports.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption, and quality.
- Ensure proper execution and finishing of work as per company standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate project handover and completion activities.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
