Role & responsibilities -

A Site In-charge is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and execution of the site or project site. Below are the key roles and responsibilities for this position:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. The person in charge of the site will be responsible to observe the attendance of the site employees and maintain a register of Site Attendance.
2. Site Planning & Execution:

- Oversee the day-to-day activities at the site to ensure that the project progresses as per the schedule.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedule purchases and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project manager, engineers to ensure smooth execution of the project before LP.

1. Resource Management

- Manage and allocate site resources including labour, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure availability of required tools, materials, and equipment in office.
- Monitor the inventory and arrange timely procurement of materials to avoid any delays in project execution.

1. Site Supervision

- Supervise and direct the daily work of labourers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to safety and quality standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control protocols.
- Monitor work progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

1. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of daily work progress, materials used, workforce details, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to your manager regarding- Ducting status, Piping status and Civil work.
- Ensure all necessary permits, Gate pass and approvals are in place and updated.

1. Problem-solving & Conflict Resolution

- Identify potential site challenges and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Develop contingency plans to handle unexpected events, such as bad weather, supply delays, or labour shortages.
- Ensure the site remains operational and productive despite obstacles.

Preferred candidate profile -

Male, DEE / BE-Electrical or E & TC & 1 + year of relevant experience .

Ready to travel Pan India.
