Role Description

This is a full time / Sites across India , with flexibility for some work-from-home activities depending on project requirements.

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site activities for geotechnical, foundation, ground improvement, slope, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage site manpower, equipment, subcontractors, materials, and other resources to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of works.
- Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, applicable standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients,



and maintain progress reports, measurements, and necessary site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues, support quality control and inspection activities, and ensure compliance with project safety and technical requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, geotechnical engineering, foundation works, ground improvement, or infrastructure project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong site supervision and execution skills, with the ability to manage manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and multiple site activities independently.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, geotechnical reports, site measurements, and quality documentation .
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with willingness to travel and work at project sites across India as required. Experience in geotechnical investigation, foundations, PVD/ground improvement, slope stabilization, or similar works will be an advantage.
