Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Engineer with Civil Engineering experience to manage technical coordination and customer/tenant requirements for our Commercial IT Building Projects.

The role involves regular site coordination, technical issue resolution, snag closure, coordination with Civil & MEP teams, and customer/tenant handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers/tenants regarding technical requirements and site-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer/tenant technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Project and Facility teams for issue resolution.
- Identify, track and follow up on snags and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate technical inspections and support space/area handover.
- Follow up with contractors and internal teams for completion of pending works.
- Maintain snag lists, customer complaints,



action trackers and handover documents.
- Ensure proper communication and timely resolution of technical concerns.

Candidate Profile:

- 3–4 years of experience in Civil Engineering / Site Engineering / Technical CRM / Project Coordination.
- Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, office buildings or real estate projects will be preferred.
- Good understanding of civil works, finishing works and basic MEP coordination.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to regularly visit and coordinate at project sites.
