Job Scope and Responsibilities

- Civil Execution of Building/infrastructure Projects with high end detailing, finishing and Technological advancement vis a vis current industry standard.

- Coordination with consultants for GFC's, aesthetic, contemporary and technologically advanced building structures.

- Shuttering, Concreting, Blockwork, Plastering with new and cutting edge technology.

- Preparation of management reports, DPR, Work Progress Reports (WPR) etc.

Be able to establish or change processes to suit the dynamically changing business workplace.

4. Safety and quality skills — should have a loud voice for safety and drive every ounce of quality thinking and execution, possible.

5. Decision making/problem-solving skills — should have an analytical bent of mind, must be able to “pull the trigger” on a daily basis.

6. Presentation and facilitation skills —will be expected to provide regular updates to the reporting manager and/or senior leaders.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 05 years in reputed organisations.
